I wanted to tell you about my fundraising story so that hopefully others will see it and either be inspired to do some of the things I've done or just be extra motivated to do more to help close the gap between what they already have and need to get! In summer this year,...

NAVIDAD EN KAJLLARAKAY

NAVIDAD EN KAJLLARAKAY

Blog written by Camp Peru's very own Project Leader Lily SÌÁnchez Morales.. Christmas is a special time in South America and Peruvians love the holiday. While some celebrations are similar to those in Europe and North America, there are some unique traditions that reflect the nation's history and make Peru a special place to be during the...

Chaos Theory in Vietnam

Chaos Theory in Vietnam

Apologies for those that have read this before a few years ago, but I am in Vietnam currently and my thoughts expressed below have been further reinforced. It struck me in a taxi on the way to the airport this morning, how does this country keep moving with such chaos occurring on the streets all around me.  I have just spent a few days dashing around Saigon (or Ho Chi Min City to give its more modern name) and Hanoi. ...
