Brad - Operations Manager (Central & South America)

Brad has been with Camps since 2014. before that, HEwas working on expeditions from the age of sixteen, spending much time in the mountains, jungles and deserts of Europe, Asia and South America. Before assuming the role of Regional Operations, Brad was previously based in Cusco and looked after our camps and projects here in Latin America.

Adriana - Staff & Projects Manager (Central & South America)

Adriana has worked for Camps in Latin America for the last five years, starting as a Camp Leader in Peru, then becoming Operations Manager there, before moving to the Ecuador team in 2016 as Operations Manager. She is now in charge of the communication of projects and the management of our staff in Latin America. She loves learning about the history, music and languages of other cultures and is travelling the world, one holiday at a time.

Eva - Operations Manager (Costa Rica)

Eva - Operations Manager (Costa Rica)

Eva has worked freelance for Camps in Latin America for the last three years, starting as a Camp Leader, Gap Leader, Expedition Leader in Camp Peru and Team Liaison in Ecuador. She is now in charge of the operations and logistics in Costa Rica. She studied Interior Design and from a young age has been involved with social responsibility and helping others.

Bianca - Operations Manager (Peru)

Bianca - Operations Manager (Peru)

Bianca studied Anthropology at the University of Toronto. She has travelled extensively throughout Southeast Asia, North America, and South America, working with NGOs dedicated to disaster response, and implementing service learning programs for youth. She currently lives in Cusco but is always keen to travel and get to know new cultures.

Graciela - Operations Manager (Ecuador)

Graciela - Operations Manager (Ecuador)

She worked as a naturalist Guide in the Galapagos Islands and has worked for Camps with the Galapagos teams. Her main degree is in fisheries. She lived in the UK for many years and came back to Ecuador ten years ago. Since then, she has worked with local communities in rural Quito. She loves cycling, star gazing and supporting local groups in defending their rights, therefore she is their representative with the local authorities.
